On November 20, a dream of several months came to fruition for Brandy Marine. We opened a new Division with a brand new, Euro designed 92 foot high-end dinner and special event yacht for the Sarasota region. Our inaugural cruise was this past Monday night for over 120 of Sarasota's "Who's Who" and Friday, 12/6, we begin our season of Christmas Parades. Below is the story on the Venice parade set for 12/7. From the inaugural cruise Monday, we have booked over a dozen events to date and have been scheduled for major four color features in all of the area's society and social magazines and publications. Monday included several dignitaries, including our newly elected Congresswoman and national figure related to the Bush win, Katherine Harris. In the Sarasota parade 12/14, we have sold the top deck and will retain the lower deck for VIPs. Included in both the Bradenton and the Sarasota parades will be live TV on board feeding the shore side parade commentators.

Corporate, wedding, social and special events are all in the works. To date we have booked five corporate Christmas parties, two weddings, one bar mitzvah, Gaspirilla Days in Tampa and 9 John Deere cruises and 50 weeks of a doctor's group for 2003. And that's in three days. We look forward to your joining us on the boat next time you are in the area. Additionally, Effective December 6, Brandy Marine is proud to announce the addition of Gulf Harbour Marina, in Ft. Myers, Florida, into Brandy's portfolio of premier marina destinations. This facility, developed by WCI, is now being turned over to the homeowners, on who's part Brandy will manage the facility. Brandy's transition team, lead by Sr. Vice President and three of the company's financial management team, have insured a smooth transition between the entities.
