The Hyatt Pier 66 is located in Florida's yachting capital, Ft. Lauderdale. It offers excellent service to yachtsman as well as several restaurants and bars. Pier 66 was purchased in late 2005 by Blackstone Real Estate of New York along with the famed Bahia Mar Marina, and the renowned Boca Resort in Boca Raton. Brandy Marine served as a consultant for the due diligence tasks for Pier 66 facility, the Boca Resort Marina and Bahia Mar Marina on behalf of Blackstone and created a redesign to incorporate today?s larger vessels and their associated needs for Pier 66. Consulting Highlights:

Under Brandy's direction, Pier 66 and its sister facilities completed all marina due diligence tasks in less than 30 days. Upon conclusion of the due diligence tasks Blackstone purchased the marina facilities along with 4 other hotels for $1.25 Billion.

The Pier 66 redesign incorporated working operational fairways that favored larger vessels using the facility and increased the total linear feet for the property given the basin restrictions.

Additionally, having written the first marina operating software program nearly 30 years ago, Brandy was asked by Blackstone to analyze and decipher marina computer programs for use at Pier 66. Brandy Marine analyzed the programs for ease of use, intelligence, key components, software cohabitation, cost, and key facility information.
