Highlights of Operations:
Under our management the Marina experienced steady and increasing occupancy rates and gross revenues and dramatic improvement in Net Operating Income. Commencing with the partial year 1994, management implemented an aggressive marketing program and developed and implemented profit centers for the four major operating divisions. These programs resulted in positive achievements beginning in 1994 and continuing until the marina was sold in 1998.
- Net Operating Income has increased ten fold since 1995.
- Gross Operating Income increased over 300% during the three years.
- Revenues have increased by 12% over 1995.
