Dan Eaffaldano, Senior Vice President and Senior Consultant

Capt. Eaffaldano is a highly accomplished Marina Management Professional with over 25 years of extensive experience in all aspects of marina operations, budgeting, development and marketing. He has a proven record of successful implementation of aggressive business plans. He has met or exceeded all gross income and sales projections goals. He is a highly effective manager of staff operations and has planned and executed several major events. Capt. Eaffaldano has established nationally recognized customer service and excellence programs. He drives all phases of the design process including feasibility, market analysis and due diligence and specializes in revitalizing poorly managed or under-performing properties.

One of Capt. Eaffaldano’s recent design successes was converting a preliminary marina design plan for a Ritz-Carlton marina project to a more sophisticated and logical marina configuration that added 18 percent more linear feet of dockage to the initially planned marina. This re-design by Capt. Eaffaldano resulted in nearly $20 million in potential new revenue from slip sales for the client.

Capt. Eaffaldano currently assists Brandy Marine International with various consulting projects. He was previously the Director of Marina Operations for Dubai Creek Golf & Yacht Club and the President of Operations for Brandy Marine in West Palm Beach.

Capt. Eaffaldano has staged promotions and productions of the Suncoast Offshore Grand Prix and Sarasota Billfish Tournaments. He is a U.S. Coast Guard licensed Master Captain and in 1988 was awarded “Achiever of the Year” for the Suncoast Offshore Racing Association. In 1985, he received the 2nd place Gold Cup in the Offshore Racing Series.
