Marina designs:

Emerald Bay ~ Great Exuma, Bahamas with The Four Seasons Hotel.
Punta Gorda Marina ~ Punta Gorda, Florida. Built as Fisherman's Village on the upper end of Charlotte Harbor in SW Florida.
Land's End Marina ~ Apollo Beach, Florida. This multiuse facility was constructed by Corr Developers and serves the greater Tampa Bay area.
Marker One ~ Dunedin, Florida, was a re-do of a marina Brandy Marine eventually purchased and has since sold. It is the last marina Northbound on the Florida West Coast Intracoastal until reaching Carrabelle, Florida in the Panhandle.
Carara Bay ~ Punta Leona, Costa Rica. A"locked" marina to the Pacific ocean.
Inlet Harbor ~ Riviera Beach, Florida. Designed to accommodate expanding vessel occupancy in the greater Palm Beach, Florida market.
Planning study for Cushman and Wakefield ~ on a multi use project on Florida's East coast.
City of Key West ~ Florida. Brandy won the bid to overhaul the entire downtown area of Key West incorporating many of the old attractions into a new envelope.
Unocal/Pier 71 ~ Seattle, Washington. Designed on behalf of Unocal Oil and land they owned within shadow distance of the Space Needle along Elliott Bay in Downtown Seattle.
Papagayo ~ Costa Rica. Serving The Four Seasons Hotel and 3500 acres of high end residential development.
