Marine Mover: Strumpf named Brandy Marine senior project manager

SARASOTA, Fla. - Herk Strumpf has been named senior project manager for Brandy Marine, a Sarasota-based firm that develops and manages marinas throughout the United States and Latin America, the company reported in a statement today.
Strumpf's responsibilities include creating and overseeing work plans for Brandy Marine's marina projects, said Brandy Marine CEO Bruce Blomgren. Brandy Marine provides a spectrum of services for marina owners and operators including feasibility studies, design, construction and management.
Previously Strumpf was sales and operations manager for Lady Tampa Bay, a public sightseeing luxury yacht managed by Brandy Marine. Strumpf has been an on-air radio personality and promotions director for Clear Channel in Sarasota. He also served as director of sales for four hotels in the Sarasota area. He is an avid boater and sailor as well as a private pilot, the company reported.
