Its "big picture" view is grounded in experience gained through owning, managing, developing, designing and consulting with scores of marinas in major resort and commercial markets throughout the United States, Mexico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, the British Virgin Islands, St. Kitts, Jamaica, the Dominican Republic, the Turks and Caicos, the Bahamas, United Arab Emirates, Greece, Costa Rica, Canada, and Cuba.
Since the 1970's Brandy's management services have provided effective solutions for more than 60 properties in eight states and four countries, gaining a reputation for excellent customer service, expanded profitability through profit centers, fast-paced slip absorption, creative marketing and highly trained personnel.
Brandy was the first U.S. Company to "collect" marinas into a chain linked by common management and precise operating procedures. It developed the first management and continues to set standards of customer service that stand as industry models.
As a consultant, Brandy has focused on waterfront properties serving more than 300 clients in six countries. Services range from market/feasibility studies, complete upland design and development facilitation to construction management. One notable project, involving design and coordination of the public/private Isla Navidad, Mexico marina village, earned commendation from that nation's president.
In 1999, Brandy Marine acquired the ten year old Marina Construction Services, Inc of Florida and renamed it Brandy Marine Construction Services, Inc. This unique resource provides construction management, project leadership, resource identification, design/build and sub-acqueous engineering project management. The new addition further amplifies the single source expertise that Brandy brings to marina development, construction and operations management.
